Important: Internal use only and must be completed by a CREW VOLUNTEER ASSIGNED TO THE REGISTRATION, not by the participant.

Encourage participants to register themselves through the general website link from their own device, with their credit card. 

You use this links for following exceptions: 

Cash at the door – NAME, EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER ARE REQUIRED: 

→ Enter full info: name, phone, and email

→ Waiver must be signed at their first session

→ For future sessions, waiver is not needed again, but Form 1 must still be completed

Internal Use Only: Closing Procedure (15 Minutes After Event Start) – Registration

Please complete the following steps:

1. Confirm Participant List in Kajabi

Ensure everyone who entered is listed, including:

  • Momentum Pack holders

  • Volunteers

  • Bay Area 5Rhythms teachers

  • Teaching teacher

  • Cash participants

  • Coupon holders

  • Any other attendees

2. Register All Participants

Double-check that all participants are officially registered in Kajabi for this event.

3. Cash Bag

  • Close out the cash bag

  • Record the ending balance

4. Power Down

  • Turn off the iPad

5. Notes for Bettina

  • Write down anything Bettina should know, such as unusual events, issues, or participant feedback.

6. Final Wrap-Up

  • Place the iPad, clipboards (with registrations & waivers), and cash bag into the registration bag

  • Hand the registration bag to the teacher and place it on their table

  • Put everything else from the registration setup into the registration box

  • Move the box under the teacher’s table
