Starting January 8, we begin a 6-week journey through the body, one region at a time, so you can move with more freedom, less pain, and deeper connection in every rhythm.

What This Series Is
This series brings together Aurras Waves (a 5Rhythms® movement meditation), somatic awareness, simple anatomy-in-motion, and real self-care tools.
It weaves Aurras Waves — a 5Rhythms® movement meditation rooted in the San Francisco conscious dance community — with practices that are practical enough to use immediately and expressive enough to feel in your whole body.
Not medical. Not theoretical.
Just movement, breath, awareness — a way to step into the new year with a body that feels clearer, stronger, and on your side.
Whether you’ve danced for years or you’re stepping onto the floor for the first time, this space is safe, welcoming, and built for all bodies. You move at your pace, within your edge, with tools that stay with you long after class.
