Welcome to a sanctuary where movement is medicine and rhythm is your way home. The Aurras Membership is your space for nervous system regulation, stress relief, and soulful embodiment. It’s designed for people ready to move beyond drop-ins and commit to a regular practice that brings real transformation.

Rooted in our weekly in-person classes in San Francisco, this membership is for those who want to feel grounded, supported, and connected—within themselves and in community. You’ll dance, reflect, and rewire your nervous system through 5Rhythms® and somatic practice—week after week.

Aurras Waves: a dynamic movement meditation every Thursday at 7 PM in San Francisco (Value: $120–$160/month)
Guided by Bettina-Kira, Certified 5Rhythms Teacher & Somatic Movement Educator
Held weekly with seasonal breaks in summer, winter, and for select holidays (e.g., July 4, Thanksgiving)

On-demand lessons during seasonal breaks to support continuity (Value: $30 each)
Two 20-minute playlists/month for home practice (Value: $13)
