Terms, Conditions, and Waiver of Liability Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aurras Transformation products and services, including but not limited to online courses, memberships, coaching programs, somatic bodywork, wellness sessions, movement classes, workshops, events (in person or online), and digital content, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Aurras Transformation, including text, graphics, images, videos, audio recordings, downloadable materials, and logos, is the intellectual property of Aurras Transformation and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or share any content without prior written consent from Aurras Transformation.

Use of Products

Aurras Transformation products are intended for personal use and educational purposes only. You may not resell, distribute, or share any part of our products without prior written permission.

Nature of Services

Aurras Transformation provides educational, wellness, movement, and personal growth services. Services may include movement practices, somatic bodywork, sound-based practices, coaching, expressive arts, workshops, classes, memberships, and other experiential offerings.

Unless specifically provided under a separate healthcare agreement, services offered through Aurras Transformation are not physical therapy, medical treatment, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional healthcare services.

Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policies vary by product:

  • Online Courses: A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to on-demand programs.
  • Classes and Workshops: Registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the class or workshop description. 
  • Aurras Waves Series Credit Policy (multi-week series): All registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit toward a future Aurras Waves class series (not applicable to drop-in classes), subject to availability. Credit requests must be made prior to the start of the class. A maximum of two missed classes may be credited per series. Requests made after the class has started cannot be honored.

  • One-on-One Sessions: This includes coaching, somatic bodywork, wellness sessions, expressive arts sessions, and other individual services offered through Aurras Transformation. Payments are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Memberships: Memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, and access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

Aurras Transformation reserves the right to reschedule, modify, substitute instructors, change venues, or cancel programs due to illness, low enrollment, venue issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, participants may be offered a transfer, credit, or refund at Aurras Transformation’s discretion.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Participation in Aurras Transformation activities, including but not limited to classes, workshops, coaching, somatic bodywork, wellness sessions, movement practices, expressive arts activities, memberships, and events, involves physical, emotional, creative, and experiential activities and carries inherent risks.

Participation is voluntary. Participants are encouraged to honor their own physical, emotional, and energetic boundaries and may modify or discontinue participation at any time.

You are responsible for taking proper precautions to protect yourself and others, including following CDC guidelines for seasonal flu, COVID-19, and other illnesses. If you have any health concerns, please consult with a physician before participating.

Waiver of Liability

By participating in Aurras Transformation activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I understand that participation may involve physical movement, emotional exploration, expressive arts activities, sound-based practices, and group processes, and I voluntarily assume all associated risks.

  2. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages resulting from participation, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
  3. I release and hold harmless Aurras Transformation, its owners, employees, instructors, and any associated parties from any claims or liabilities, including those arising from negligence.
  4. I will inform Aurras Transformation of any medical conditions, injuries, or surgeries before participating and update them on any changes to my health.
  5. I waive any rights to legal claims or actions against Aurras Transformation and its associated parties.

This waiver applies to all activities conducted in person, online, or at any event hosted by Aurras Transformation.

Photography and Media Release

Photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings may be taken during classes, workshops, retreats, and events. By participating, you grant Aurras Transformation permission to use such materials for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event. Participants may request not to be photographed or identified.

Participant Photography, Recording, and Privacy

To protect the privacy and safety of all participants, personal photography, video recording, audio recording, livestreaming, or screenshots are not permitted during Aurras Transformation classes, workshops, sessions, events, or online programs without prior written permission from Aurras Transformation and all individuals involved.

Participants may not share, post, distribute, record, photograph, or disclose images, recordings, artwork, written reflections, personal stories, or identifying information of other participants without the explicit consent of the individual(s) involved and Aurras Transformation.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Aurras Transformation products and activities are provided "as is," without any guarantees, expressed or implied. Participation is at your own risk.

Aurras Transformation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or activities.

Privacy and Data Protection

Aurras Transformation is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable laws. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Aurras Transformation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below or agreeing electronically, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, including the waiver of liability, and agree to comply with them.
