This workshop serves as a profound invitation to explore both the metaphorical and tangible edges where water meets land, encouraging a deep dive into the dynamics of our interactions, whether they are harsh or gentle, chaotic or harmonious.

 

Embarking on this exploration through the 5Rhythms—a transformative movement meditation practice—we will delve into the qualities of our personal boundaries. You'll discover the flowing softness and the stark harshness within, learning to navigate your transitions with ease and grace. This series aims to cultivate balance amidst the inevitable fluctuations of life, teaching us to engage with our edges in a playful and accepting manner, and to savor the richness of our personal growth during this season.
