A simple way to reconnect with your body

You’ve been sitting, thinking, holding it together.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Soften your knees.

Let your weight drop.

 

Begin with a small movement.

Nothing big. Nothing forced.

 

Let it build a little.

Then slow it down again.

 

Come toward stillness.

 

Notice what has changed.

Maybe your shoulders softened.

Maybe your breath is easier.
