Re-Align With Your Body
You carry so much—for others, for work, for the world.
But when was the last time you truly landed in your own body?
At Aurras Transformation, we offer pathways to realign:
movement, ritual, and embodied healing to release stress, restore rhythm, and bring you back home to yourself.
Our Philosophy
The body has an innate ability to heal—when given space and support.
In today’s fast-paced world, stress fuels nearly 80% of illness—disconnecting us from our own wisdom. True healing happens when we slow down, listen, and move in alignment with the body’s natural rhythms.
-
The Body Can Heal Itself
Healing is not something we force—it is something we allow. -
Everything You Need Is Inside of You
Your body holds the answers. Movement, breath, and awareness help unlock them. -
The Body Is a Whole System
Healing is not just physical—it is energetic, relational, and deeply connected to how we live.

Our Mission
We help people release chronic stress, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover clarity, creativity, and purpose—through somatic movement, nervous system regulation, and embodied
healing.
Our Vision
A world where body-based healing and embodied awareness support personal transformation, collective care, and the wellbeing of our planet.

The Guide Behind Aurras
Bettina-Kira Neumann knows what it means to hold space for others—while losing connection to your own body.
A licensed Physical Therapist with 40+ years in integrative care, she founded Rising Sun Physical Therapy, a leading San Francisco clinic specializing in cancer rehab, pelvic health, and chronic pain. She later launched Aurras Transformation—a somatic healing practice devoted to nervous system reset, creative expression, and whole-person renewal.
Bettina is a certified 5Rhythms® Teacher, Somatic Movement Educator, and advanced bodyworker trained in CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. She weaves together science, intuition, and embodied wisdom—guided not only by expertise, but also by lived experience as a mother, clinician, and cancer survivor.
