02Â Does this sound familiar?
- You help others regulate but haven’t felt grounded in a while
-  You’ve tried yoga, retreats, breathwork—but something still feels stuck
- Â You teach embodiment but feel disconnected from your own body
-  You’re tired of coping—you want something deeper
- Â You cross off to-dos all day, but clarity never comes
Â
🌀 You’re not burned out yet… but it’s creeping in.  Let’s catch it before it takes hold.
03 My Story
For years as a physical therapist, I (Bettina-Kira) was running on empty.
I gave everything to my patients—until I realized my own body was braced, my breath shallow, and my nervous system close to collapse.
What helped me wasn’t another technique or training. It was somatic movement, creative process, and ritual—practices that let me reset, listen, and return to myself.
Now, I bring the same tools that changed my life to other caregivers, therapists, and health professionals—so you don’t have to reach the edge before finding another way.Â
04Â What You'll Experience
Studies show that blending movement and art supports long-term nervous system regulation (Halprin, 2003; van der Kolk, 2014). In this weekend, you’ll explore:
- Somatic movement, a body-based practice to release tension and awaken awareness.
- Expressive arts: drawing, writing, movement — an invitation to explore your body’s stories and the wisdom they carry.
- Nervous system tools — guided within a trauma-aware space through ritual, reflection, and integrative group process.
- Time to land, feel, and reorient to your body’s wisdom
🎨 No art or dance experience needed.
Just a body, a breath, and the willingness to show up.Â
Â
