When the Body Speaks
Years ago, my body spoke through pain I couldn’t ignore. My neck burned. My arm buzzed. I was carrying too much — work, responsibility, change — and my body finally said enough.
That moment became the beginning of a different kind of healing.
Dance, movement, breath, bodywork, and the arts taught me what medicine alone could not: pain isn’t always something to fight — sometimes it is something to listen to.
That understanding shapes everything I offer through Aurras Transformation: one-on-one sessions that weave somatic bodywork, movement, breath, sound, and creative process to help you reconnect to your body and your aliveness.
