Who This Is For
You hold space for others, make decisions, carry responsibility, and keep going. But your body may be carrying more than it can keep holding alone.

I’m Bettina-Kira: Certified 5Rhythms® Teacher, Somatic Movement Educator, Physical Therapist, and Founder of Aurras Transformation.
I don’t teach steps. I teach listening—to the breath under your story, the rhythm beneath your resistance, the medicine in your movement. This isn’t a class. It’s a return.
Why I Teach
I didn’t go looking for this work—it found me. I was burned out, holding it all, and losing connection to my own body.
In my first 5Rhythms® class, something broke open. I breathed. I moved. I remembered myself.
Now I teach because I live this work. Because embodiment saved me—and it can support you too.
