Her work blends science with soul, physiology with poetry, and grounded practice with embodied healing for real life.

5Rhythms® is a somatic movement meditation practice created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced in communities around the world.

The practice moves through five rhythms — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness — creating a map for release, expression, integration, and return.

Each rhythm offers a different doorway back to the body: grounding, clarity, surrender, expansion, and stillness.
